GelatoConnect is the SaaS arm of Gelato, and we are continuously developing products to bring value to our customers. Our original product, GelatoConnect is our enterprise platform designed to serve as the operating system for the modern print industry. We help print producers move away from fragmented, legacy systems by automating their procurement, workflows, and logistics into a single, seamless interface. Our AI Estimator leverages machine learning to help producers generate instant, accurate quotes and optimize their pricing strategies. By replacing manual calculations with intelligent automation, we empower our customers to protect their margins and win more business.
What you will be doing
As an Account Executive for our AI Estimator tool, you will be responsible for driving fast, transactional sales cycles and contributing directly to Gelato’s growth by converting inbound and outbound leads into new customers. This role gives you the opportunity to own the full sales process. Over time, this role offers the opportunity to expand into selling the broader GelatoConnect product suite as you grow in impact and scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Deal Ownership
Own the full sales cycle for transactional deals, from qualification through to closing
Convert inbound demand quickly and efficiently into revenue
Evangelize the benefits of the AI Estimator product and help printers scale profitably
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Pipeline Management & Forecasting
Manage a high volume of opportunities with speed, accuracy, and consistency
Maintain excellent CRM hygiene to ensure forecasting accuracy and actionable sales insights
AI-First Sales Practices
Act as an AI builder, actively utilising AI tools to enhance sales processes and increase execution speed across the funnel
Customer Value & Market Feedback
Provide frontline feedback to Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to continuously improve our go-to-market approach

Our Requirements Include:
Sales Experience & Performance
4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or cloud-based platforms with proven closing experience
Demonstrated success in a high-velocity, transactional sales environment
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Proven track record of owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Commercial & Communication Skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively
Ways of Working
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ownership
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high level of autonomy
Tools, AI & Languages
Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools
Hands-on experience using AI tools and embedding them into daily workflows to increase speed and effectiveness
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
