ForEmployers & Protocols

Get your open positions in front of thousands of DeFi-focused job seekers. Completely free -- we automatically scrape your ATS so there's nothing to configure.

How It Works for Employers

DeFi Jobs automatically aggregates your open positions by scraping your applicant tracking system. If your protocol uses one of our supported ATS platforms, your listings are likely already on our site.

There is nothing to configure, no API keys to set up, and no dashboard to manage. We pull your listings, display them with a link back to your careers page, and drive qualified candidates directly to your application flow.

We currently track 751 protocols with active job listings. Check the Protocols directory to see if you're already listed.

Supported ATS Platforms

If your protocol uses any of these applicant tracking systems, your jobs can be automatically pulled into DeFi Jobs:

Greenhouse
Lever
Ashby
Workable
BambooHR
Recruitee
Pinpoint
Rippling

How to Get Listed

If your protocol isn't listed yet, getting added takes just a few minutes:

  1. Go to our GitHub repository.
  2. Submit a pull request adding your protocol's name, careers page URL, and ATS platform.
  3. Once merged, our scrapers will pick up your listings in the next cycle (usually within 24 hours).

Don't use one of our supported ATS platforms? Open an issue on GitHub and we'll evaluate adding support for yours.

Benefits of Being Listed

  • Free visibility -- No fees, no contracts, no catch. DeFi Jobs is free for all protocols.
  • Targeted audience -- Our users are specifically looking for DeFi and Web3 roles. No noise from unrelated industries.
  • SEO boost -- Your listings appear on category pages, protocol pages, and in search results, giving you additional exposure.
  • Zero maintenance -- We handle everything. Post a job on your ATS and it appears here automatically.
  • Direct applications -- Candidates apply through your own careers page. You keep full control of your hiring pipeline.
