We are looking for a project management professional to manage CoinsPaid's portfolio of internal and external projects. The ideal candidate should have proven management experience in the fintech industry, preferably cryptocurrency experience.
Development and implementation of full life cycle projects with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and control of project timelines, budgets, risks, and customer interactions (including expectation management and feedback collection)
- Development, review, and approval of comprehensive project documentation (plans, technical documentation, compliance reports, regulatory alignment documents, etc.)
- Project team leadership, effective coordination, and interaction with multiple stakeholders, ensuring compliance considerations are addressed throughout all project stages
- Detail-oriented task management with a focus on quality, deadline control, regulatory conformity, and acceptance of results
- Preparation of presentation and reporting materials, including performance analysis, compliance audits, and recommendations for further process development
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in project management and 1–2 years of practical involvement in compliance
- Knowledge and exposure to the fintech and cryptocurrency industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a strong process orientation
- Operational and analytical mindset, focused on continuous improvement and regulatory alignment.
- Basic experience in compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and adherence to industry standards.
- PMI certifications (preferred)
- Fluent English (speaking, writing)
