Job Description

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy.

We design, implement, and scale payment systems that connect digital assets with real-world financial operations. Our solutions help businesses and financial institutions operate efficiently in the evolving digital asset landscape.

For over 11 years, we’ve been developing products that bring crypto payments closer to mainstream adoption. Today, our team includes 350+ professionals working remotely across multiple countries.

We combine the pace of fintech with a long-term approach to building products, teams, and careers. As a remote-first company, we give people flexibility in how they work while maintaining strong collaboration and shared ownership across teams.

🏆 In 2026, Coinspaid was recognized as Best Corporate Culture in the Blockchain Industry in Europe, reflecting our focus on ownership, trust, and collaboration.

This is not a feature-team role focused on shipping isolated product functionality. You will work on a shared UI platform that defines how all company products look, feel, and scale. Your success will be measured by the quality, consistency, and adoption of the UI Kit and design system across teams, with a strong focus on long-term architecture, developer experience, and close collaboration with product design. If you’re looking for deep ownership and company-wide impact, this role is a great fit, however, if you prefer working within a single product team delivering features, it likely isn’t.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Building and maintaining reusable UI components for all company products
  • Owning and evolving the company-wide UI design system and core UI Kit
  • Shaping and enforcing UI engineering best practices and coding standards
  • Acting as a technical reference point for UI-related topics across teams
  • Influencing how UX and UI work and look across all applications
  • Supporting and leading the integration of the UI Kit into multiple products
  • Collaborating closely with designers on the evolution of the design system
  • Contributing to technical processes around UI development
  • Participating in code reviews for the shared UI codebase and consuming applications

Required Skills & Background: General expertise

  • 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer (JavaScript, React)
  • Strong hands-on experience with the React 18+ ecosystem
  • Excellent JavaScript knowledge (ES6/ES7)
  • Solid experience building responsive web applications for desktop and mobile browsers (HTML, CSS, React, Material UI)
  • Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Good level of spoken and written English and Russian

Required Skills & Background: Design systems, UI architecture & component-driven development

  • Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
  • Deep understanding of component-driven development (Storybook, MDX, visual testing)
  • Strong knowledge of design tokens, theming, and scalable UI architecture
  • Experience working closely with designers (Figma, design handoff, design tokens synchronization)
  • Passion for UI quality, consistency, and reusable component development
  • Experience integrating a shared UI Kit into multiple applications and teams

Quality, ownership & engineering mindset

  • Deep understanding and practical experience in software testing (unit, UI, integration, component tests)
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of the UI design system
  • Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
  • Experience participating in and driving code review processes and coding standards

Nice-to-have

  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA)
  • Experience contributing to internal or open-source UI libraries
  • Familiarity with Figma API or automated design-to-code workflows
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for frontend modules
