Responsibilities:

Processing purchase invoices and expense documents (incl. receipts)

Ensuring accurate and timely data entry in the accounting system

Maintaining proper documentation and supporting files
-
Supporting VAT (KMD) preparation and reconciliations
-
Assisting with monthly closings
-
Performing bank reconciliations
-
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
-
Matching transactions across different systems
-
Identifying inconsistencies and raising issues proactively
-
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Assisting with employee-related entries and reconciliations

Preparing data for TSD reporting
-
Preparing internal reports using Excel
-
Working with large datasets (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
-
Supporting and assist in monthly and quarterly reporting processes
-
Working with internal tools (Jira, accounting systems, etc.)
Accounting operations
Bank reconciliations and period closure

Requirements:
-
Experience in Estonian accounting
-
Good understanding of VAT (KMD)
-
Basic knowledge of TSD and payroll processes
-
Languges: English (working proficiency), Estonian (at least intermediate), Russian (nice to have)

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

Ability to work with large volumes of data

High attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-have:

Experience with Merit Aktiva or 1C

Experience in fintech
