Responsibilities:

    • Analyze, design, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

    • Identify bottlenecks, collect feedback, and propose process optimizations

    • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes

    • Manage and support HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

    • Create clear documentation and ensure process adoption across teams

    • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to align initiatives

    • Explore and test new HR tools and technologies to support process automation and scalability

     

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in HR process management or HR project management

    • Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured mindset

    • Proven ability to map, document, and improve business processes

    • Experience working with HRIS, workflow, or automation tools

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken

Nice to have:

  • Ability to travel to EU countries
