Job Description
Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience

Identify bottlenecks, collect feedback, and propose process optimizations

Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR processes

Manage and support HR-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

Create clear documentation and ensure process adoption across teams

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations to align initiatives

Explore and test new HR tools and technologies to support process automation and scalability
Requirements:
-
2+ years of experience in HR process management or HR project management
-
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured mindset

Proven ability to map, document, and improve business processes

Experience working with HRIS, workflow, or automation tools
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
- Ability to travel to EU countries
