Your tasks:
Lead, mentor, and develop UX Designers, including performance management, feedback, and professional growth
Create clarity on roles, priorities, and expectations to enable focused and effective UX work
Act as a strategic UX partner in cross-functional and leadership discussions, advocating a strong user-centered perspective
Foster close collaboration and shared accountability between UX, Product, and Tech
Monitor team health, capacity, and workload to ensure sustainable delivery
Partner with the UX Function Lead on business challenges and continuous improvements
Translate strategy into clear direction and drive consistent execution
Role model company values and promote accountability and continuous improvement
