• Build: Design and deploy robust systems, internal tools, and dashboards that directly enhance our trading execution and risk management capabilities.

Complexity and Impact of Work: The "Owner" Mindset

• Lead: Take ownership of a capstone project within a specific rotation (e.g., Derivatives or Prime Finance), moving from conceptual research to actionable market insights.
• Manage: Navigate the high-stakes volatility of crypto markets by helping managing real-time data flows and identifying patterns that impact the firm’s PnL.

Organizational Knowledge:

• Collaborate: Learn the inner workings of the Anchorage Prime ecosystem, understanding how institutional liquidity, custody, and settlement interact.
• Deliver: Work with the middle and back office to ensure that complex trades are not just executed, but seamlessly integrated into our operational framework.

Communication and Influence:

• Listen: Absorb institutional wisdom through direct mentorship from Wall Street veterans who have been in the digital assets industry for several cycles, translating high-level strategy into technical execution.
• Contribute: Present your research and strategy findings to the broader trading desk, defending your logic and influencing real-world trading decisions and client interactions.

• Have demonstrable, innate curiosity for capital markets, specifically the digital assets sector.
• Have traded yourself in a personal account and/or have participated in any blockchain native activities
