About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Manager / Lead – Enterprise IT & Security who will own the reliability, security, and compliance posture of CoinDCX’s enterprise IT environment.

This is not a support-only role. It is an ownership and accountability role where success or failure clearly rests on this individual. You will be the DRI for identity, endpoint security, SaaS governance, audit readiness, and IT service delivery—ensuring the company scales securely without friction to business velocity.

You will work closely with Information Security, Compliance, HR, Legal, Engineering, and Business leaders to ensure high availability, strong security controls, and audit readiness across a fast-scaling fintech environment.

What You’ll Do

Identity, Access & Device Management

  • Own centralized IAM across users, devices, and applications
  • Implement Zero Trust and least-privilege access models
  • Manage complete device lifecycle from onboarding to secure offboarding
  • Eliminate orphaned access through automation and periodic reviews

Endpoint Security & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% endpoint compliance across patching, encryption, EDR, and OS hardening
  • Own endpoint security tooling for macOS and Windows environments
  • Drive remediation of security findings and audit gaps within defined timelinesCloud, SaaS & Application Management
  • Govern enterprise SaaS portfolio, access controls, and license optimization
  • Prevent Shadow IT through discovery, governance, and enforcement
  • Conduct security reviews and vendor risk assessments for new applications.

IT Service Management & User Support

  • Run SLA-driven IT service desk operations with measurable outcomes
  • Ensure fast, secure, and consistent employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Act as final escalation point for complex IT and infrastructure issues

Information Security & Audit Readiness

  • Support and lead ISO 27001 / 27701, SOC 2, and internal audits
  • Own audit evidence collection, coordination, and closure of findings
  • Track risks, define mitigation plans, and monitor remediation progress

IT Infrastructure & Network Management

  • Own enterprise network infrastructure across offices and remote workforce
  • Manage firewalls, VPNs, WAN links, switches, and wireless networks
  • Ensure uptime, redundancy, monitoring, and capacity planning

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

  • Have 10–12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT and security
  • Have independently owned IAM, endpoint security, and audit compliance
  • Are calm under escalations and bias toward action and closure
  • Think business-first while maintaining a strong security mindset
  • Execute through documentation, SOPs, and repeatable systemsBonus
  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or regulated industries
  • Certifications in ITIL, Cloud, IAM, or Security
