About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Associate Director Analytics role You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India, a type of work few roles offer. You will lead the Growth and Marketing Analytics pod within the central analytics function. This role is responsible for the data strategy that drives customer acquisition, revenue optimization, and unit economics.

What You’ll Do:

• Business Forecasting: Own the accuracy of business projections for Spot and Derivatives trading to inform executive decision-making.
• Economic Optimization: Implement advanced analytics frameworks (such as MMM and LTV Projection) to improve LTV/CAC ratios and payback periods.
• Retention Strategy: Develop churn prediction models and translate behavioral segmentation into triggers for marketing and product teams.
• Experimentation Frameworks: Establish and maintain the process for growth experiment design, focusing on statistical significance and unbiased reporting.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Marketing leaders to integrate analytical insights into the growth roadmap.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality insights and analytical rigor across all pod initiatives.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

• Deconstruct business goals into structured, data-driven workstreams and actionable analytics projects.
• High proficiency in SQL and Python
• Proven ability to lead the full experimentation lifecycle, from hypothesis generation and power analysis to the execution and statistical validation of complex A/B and multivariate tests
• Demonstrated experience in executing Media Mix Modeling (MMM), Churn Prediction models, and behavioral customer segmentation to optimize marketing spend and enable personalized product triggers.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise insights that inform executive-level decision-making.
• Minimum 3+ years in a people management role, having led teams of 4–6 analysts

• You have audited and refined our LTV and Churn models, reducing forecast variance and establishing a baseline for growth experiment integrity
• You have institutionalized a "gold standard" A/B testing framework where every growth initiative for Spot and Derivatives is validated by your team with statistically sound, actionable readouts.
• Your pod of 4–6 analysts is operating with high autonomy and rigor, successfully prioritizing long-term strategic projects over ad-hoc requests.
