We are on the lookout for a Client CTO!

As a Client CTO at Symphony, you will build and maintain trusted relationships with client technology leaders, aligning technology strategies with business objectives. You will lead pre-sales solutioning, drive innovation through emerging technologies, enable scalable cross-account solutions, and align technical talent with client needs, while clearly communicating complex concepts to executives to ensure strategic impact and business value.

What would be your responsibilities if you join us?

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client technology leaders (CTOs, CPOs, Heads of Data/AI), advising on technology strategy and aligning it with business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within client portfolios, lead pre-sales solutioning, craft proposals, and deliver presentations linking technology to business value.
  • Drive innovation by introducing modern architectures, emerging technologies, and new delivery models; facilitate workshops, prototyping, and strategic discussions.
  • Enable cross-account solutions by identifying reusable patterns, aligning internal capabilities with client needs, and ensuring scalable outcomes.
  • Partner with Workforce Management and engineering leadership to align technical talent with client opportunities and ensure team readiness.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to executives clearly, maintain ongoing dialogue with client and internal stakeholders, and surface risks and growth opportunities.

There are some requirements that will make you stand out:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in senior engineering leadership, preferably in IT consulting or client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from pre-sales through execution.
  • Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern development practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for innovation, AI, emerging technologies, and leveraging technology to drive business value.
