Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage and build strategic partnerships with asset issuers (asset originators, asset managers, funds, banks, fintech firms etc.) to drive onboarding of RWAs onto NUVA.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of asset issuers—managing initial outreach, due diligence, onboarding process, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Work cross-functionally with NUVA’s legal, compliance, product, and technical teams to streamline asset onboarding and ensure all new asset listings meet NUVA’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support asset issuers with product education, documentation, and technical integration to maximize successful launches on the platform.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with leading TradFi and web3 institutions to drive collaborative projects, joint product initiatives, and innovative use cases on NUVA.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of dedicated experience in building partnerships or managing business development in fintech, DeFi, digital assets, or traditional finance, ideally focused on asset onboarding or ecosystem development.
  • Demonstrated success securing and managing high-value partnerships with both asset issuers (e.g., asset managers, banks, fintech firms) and/or institutional partners in DeFi/Web3.
  • Deep established network among large asset originators, managers, funds, banks, DAOs, and/or large Web3 protocols / foundations.
  • Deep interest in and strong understanding of financial products, Web3, RWA and DeFi.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented: able to drive initiatives from sourcing through closing and post-sale management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are a plus. Additional languages are preferred.
