We are looking for a Office Manager to join our growing Dubai team.

As SFORS continues to expand, this role will play a key part in developing and scaling the Office Management function, improving internal processes, and supporting an efficient workplace environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a dynamic environment, and enjoys bringing structure to complex operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate workplace operations and maintain high workplace standards.

  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, and service providers.

  • Identify challenges, prioritize actions, and drive effective solutions.

  • Develop and improve processes, standards, and ways of working.

  • Support workplace projects, office expansions, and new office launches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Office Management or related fields.

  • Experience coordinating multiple tasks, processes, or stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • High level of ownership, independence, and proactivity.

  • Experience building or improving processes will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.

  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher.
