Job Title: Web3 Product Manager – Crypto Launch & AI-Driven Strategy
Location: Abu Dhabi （need relocation）
Employment Type: Full-time
Chinese Language Skill is a must.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in trading system architecture, order matching logic, user experience, and onchain assets. The ideal candidate is also forward-thinking and genuinely passionate about the tokenization of financial assets, including Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO, RWA Yield, and other onchain innovations.
Key Responsibilities
Trading Product Design & Optimization
- Lead the planning, design, and ongoing iteration of spot trading products.
- Drive the end-to-end implementation of new trading features, continuously enhancing the user trading experience.
- Explore and drive the design and application of AI-powered trading tools (e.g., smart order routing, assisted market analysis).
- Develop a deep understanding of core trading system logic, including order matching, order state flows, and market depth management.
CeDeFi & RWA Innovation
- Define the strategic direction for spot onchain business, bringing DeFi innovations into the centralized exchange environment.
- Drive the launch of CeDeFi products, bridging onchain and offchain trading experiences.
- Lead productization efforts for emerging asset classes such as RWA, Tokenized Stocks, Pre-IPO, and onchain yield products.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in trading product roles, with a solid understanding of spot/futures trading systems.
- Deep knowledge of order matching engines, trading workflows, and core trading system logic.
- Strong product design skills, with proven ability to drive 0-to-1 product planning and execution independently.
- Deep understanding of the crypto asset market and a consistent track record of staying up to date with industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building onchain trading platforms or composing DeFi protocols.
- Hands-on experience or in-depth research in RWA, tokenized stocks, or onchain yield products.
- Experience exploring AI applications in trading.
- Familiarity with major public blockchain ecosystems and smart contract interaction logic.
