Job Description
The Mission
We are seeking a Pathfinder. A proactive, detail-obsessed professional to serve as the backbone of our administrative, billing, and compliance operations. You won’t just follow a map; you will help refine it. You will be responsible for ensuring that our Zoho CRM remains a "source of truth," that our billing is airtight, and that our compliance standards are never compromised.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Integrity
- Audit and maintain records within Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage lead-to-signed workflows, ensuring all mandatory compliance documentation is attached before moving stages.
- Generate weekly reports on pipeline health and administrative bottlenecks.
Airtight Billing & Finance
- Execute end-to-end billing cycles: Manage and communicate invoicing and billing information to all relevant internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and engagement.
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on overdue invoices with firm yet professional persistence.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies before they reach the client.
Rigorous Compliance
- Act as the "final gatekeeper" for industry-specific regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and ensure all contracts are fully executed and stored.
- Keep abreast of changing regulations to update internal checklists.
Process Optimization (The "Pathfinding")
- Identify "friction points" in our current admin processes and propose Zoho automation solutions to fix them.

Technical Requirements
- Advanced Proficiency in Zoho CRM: (CRM, Blueprints, Canvas, and Reports).
- Qualification: Data and/or Finance related
- Experience in Billing/Bookkeeping is a bonus
- Compliance Literacy: Experience handling sensitive data, contracts, or regulatory filings.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple deadlines without dropping a single plate.
