About the Role
We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Full Stack to lead high-performing teams acrossweb, mobile, and backend engineering. You will own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing products, ensuringperformance, reliability, and scalability at levels demanded by a top-tier fintech platform.
This role is ideal for a leader who has seen apps at scale (millions of users, high traffic, low-latency systems) and can balance speed of delivery with engineering quality and performance excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of 15–20+ full-stack engineers (frontend, mobile, backend).
- Own end-to-end feature delivery across web, mobile, and backend, ensuring predictability and high-quality releases.
- Drive app and platform performance improvements: P95 API latency, app crash-free sessions, and web vitals.
- Implement and enforce engineering hygiene: CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, rollback playbooks.
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to build seamless cross-platform experiences.
- Balance feature velocity with technical debt management to keep platforms scalable and reliable.
- Build an engineering culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance at scale.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
Must-Have Background:
- 10–12 years overall experience in software engineering.
- 3–5 years in engineering management, leading 15–20 engineers.
- Proven experience in fintech, consumer internet, or high-scale trading/payment systems.
- Hands-on background in full-stack technologies: -Web: React, Angular, or Next.js
-Mobile: Android/iOS (native) or React Native/Flutter
-Backend: Java, Node.js, Go, Ruby or Python
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, CI/CD, and release pipelines.
- Past success in improving app/web performance metrics at scale.Preferred Experience:
- Exposure to payments, KYC, trading flows, compliance-heavy fintech domains.
- Experience balancing cross-platform engineering priorities across multiple squads.Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

- Release Reliability – % of releases without Sev-1/Sev-2 regressions.
- Feature Delivery Predictability – % of committed features delivered on time and in scope.
- App/Web Performance & Stability – P95 latency, mobile crash-free sessions (>99%), and core web vitals adherence.
