We are hiring a Contract Product Manager for a 6-month rolling contract within our VIP Product Team at Binance. This role focuses on driving key web3 initiatives in OTC (Over-the-Counter trading), Binance Wealth (tailored crypto investment solutions for wealth managers), Crypto-as-a-Service (e.g., Link and Trade for brokers). You'll contribute to TradFi convergence, user acquisition, AUM growth, and operational enhancements, with strong potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and impact. Ideal for passionate contributors seeking hands-on experience in premium VIP products at a leading crypto exchange.
Responsibilities
- Support requirement gathering and refinement.
- Conduct market research, user feedback analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform OKRs.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, sales, and ops teams to execute tasks, track progress.
- Monitor metrics (e.g., client retention, system stability) and iterate on features to support VIP experience and business scalability.
- Drive AI adoptions in product development.
Requirements
- Experience in product management within fintech, crypto/web3.
- Genuine passion for web3 and blockchain, with knowledge of crypto products (e.g., trading, custody, DeFi).
- Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or basic data analysis.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Figma); quick learner in dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
