Job Description
WisdomTree is seeking an HR Associate to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for supporting the day-to-day execution of HR operations while partnering closely with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with a demonstrated interest in Human Resources. They will be resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR, including benefits, recruiting, HR systems, and employee experience.
Success in this role would be achieved by:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including background checks, new hire documentation, benefits enrollment, and I-9 verification
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, employee questions, and coordination with vendors and payroll providers
- Maintain and update employee data within HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers regarding interview scheduling, candidate feedback, and process updates
- Assist with employee relations matters and documentation as needed
- Support administration of HR systems, including performance management, applicant tracking, engagement, and HRIS platforms
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT) on HR-related processes and initiatives
- Generate reports and support HR analytics and data tracking
- Assist with special projects, research, and ad hoc HR initiatives
- Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to support day to day HR activities
Experience and required skill set:
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR, HR operations, or HR coordinator/analyst role
- Working knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Experience working with HR systems (e.g.ADP, Lever, cultureamp HExposure to recruiting processes and coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated openness to feedback and collaboration
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and using Chat GP
Supplementary Skills and Desirable Experience
- Experience in financial services or a corporate environment
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools (e.g., Knoetic)
- Exposure to compensation, payroll, or compliance processes
