About the role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web CMS Executive to manage and maintain Gain’s website in Framer.
This role is focused on execution, accuracy, and speed, ensuring all website updates, pages, and content changes are delivered quickly, correctly, and consistently. This is part-time role.
What will you do?
Build and update pages in Framer CMS across all pages - insights reports, industry reports, blog, customer stories, resources, events and beyond.
Implement design work from our web UX/UI designer across new content, landing pages and brand and campaign updates
Building new page components, maintaining brand consistency across all pages
Ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints
Auditing and maintaining component libraries for reusability, consistency and scalability
Ensure all pages are in line with brand guidelines and design system and proactively managed as changes are shared across the business.
Quality control ensuring high standards and bug fixes when required across layout, responsiveness, links and other site functionality.
Execution support for the marketing team across page builds for campaigns (ABM, webinars, reports), ongoing content updates
Manage incoming requests from marketing, product, founders and beyond, prioritising tasks to ensure timely delivery
Clear communication across all projects and tasks regarding progress status, timelines and completion.
Who are you?
At least 1-2 years in web CMS management/execution, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS, data or fintech company
Deep hands-on expertise in Framer (essential), with experience managing scalable CMS environments
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Data-first and commercially minded, with a clear understanding of web performance metrics
Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Clear and proactive communicator
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
