About the Role:

This isn’t a typical Senior Business Analyst role.

You will work on initiatives that genuinely transform how finance works in India—an opportunity few roles offer. You will translate complex business objectives into actionable insights, leveraging data to uncover user behavior through cohort and funnel analysis. By bridging the gap between data and business strategy, you will enable informed product and growth decisions with strong analytical rigor.

What You’ll Do:

• Providing Analytical recommendations to influence our product, marketing and strategy
• Design and evaluate product and growth experiments backed by solid hypotheses. Build and deploy machine learning models wherever necessary
• Finding insights that influence decisions (product/features), spanning from early data explorations about user behaviour to multivariate experiments and optimisations
• Providing user insights through data: cohorts analysis, user segmentation, funnels and behavioural analyses in partnership with growth, product, engineering and UX

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar role with Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language (Python or R)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs
• Must have hands-on experience with product analytics and BI tools like MixPanel Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, and Tableau

• Through your guidance and collaboration, you elevate the team’s analytical capabilities, enabling stronger problem-solving and more independent ownership of complex business challenges.
