We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Product to lead the strategy and execution of Fortary’s institutional platform across trading, lending, and liquidity. This leader will define the long-term vision at the intersection of product, markets, and infrastructure—focused on building best-in-class digital asset solutions for sophisticated financial institutions.

You'll define the long-term product vision, strategy, and investment priorities across Fortary’s institutional trading, lending, and liquidity offerings. Working closely with engineering, design, business development, and executive leadership, you'll align product investments with customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory requirements, and business objectives to drive sustainable growth. This role requires deep expertise in institutional market structure and workflows, exceptional strategic judgment, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into scalable products and measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of defining and scaling successful B2B fintech or digital asset products, shaping long-term product strategy, and leading complex cross-functional initiatives. They thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, combining strategic thinking with strong execution and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization. In this role, you'll help define Fortary's institutional product strategy, guide investment decisions across key product areas, and drive adoption and commercial success with institutional clients globally.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • As the business architect for trading, lending, and liquidity, the Senior Product Manager will define and lead the long-term product vision, portfolio strategy, and investment priorities for Fortary's institutional trading, lending, and liquidity platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and growth strategy. The plan will consider a build, buy, partner approach to enrich these capabilities across the Fortary Roadmap.

  • Partner with executive leadership to shape product strategy, prioritize investments, and drive strategic initiatives that accelerate Fortary's institutional business

  • Execute cross-functionally with engineering, business development, marketing, and design to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes

  • Develop deep insights into institutional client needs, market structure, and competitive dynamics to identify new market opportunities and inform product strategy

  • Build trusted relationships with institutional clients and strategic partners to validate product direction, strengthen adoption, and identify new growth opportunities

  • Own product commercialization in partnership with executive leadership and business development, including go-to-market strategy, product positioning, pricing considerations, and successful launches

  • Define and benchmark institutional competitors with a focus on institutional trading, lending, and liquidity to differentiate Fortary with it’s clients

  • Develop and scale core platform capabilities across Fortary, ensuring a seamless, secure, and high-quality user experience

  • Drive prioritization and investment decisions across multiple product initiatives, balancing customer value, technical complexity, regulatory considerations, and commercial impact

  • Drive the development and scaling of secure, reliable, and high-performance institutional platform capabilities across trading, lending, liquidity, and related services

  • Execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment where adaptability and ownership are critical

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 10+ years of product management experience in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or financial services

  • Business architect experience building a product/platform path to support trading, lending, and liquidity in a traditional and digital asset environments

  • Experience building trading, lending and liquidity products for institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, hedge funds, banks, market makers, or fintech platforms)

  • Familiarity with institutional financial workflows, such as custody, onboarding, compliance, regulatory reporting, and trading and lending related processes

  • Deep knowledge of trading systems or workflows (e.g., execution, liquidity access, OMS/EMS, or trading platforms)

  • Experience driving products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch and iteration

  • Strong ability to define and lead product strategy and translate it into actionable roadmaps

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with APIs, platforms, or developer-facing products

  • Deep experience with institutional trading systems, market structure, liquidity venues, and B2B2C products

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with digital asset infrastructure, including custody, wallets, or DeFi protocols

  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering on complex systems

  • Experience delivering go-to-market strategy in fintech or crypto products

  • Startup experience and/or experience building 0→1 products

  • Background in financial services, capital markets, or management consulting
