About the Role

At CoinDCX, the Business (Revenue) unit is our primary growth engine - the system that converts market opportunity into sustainable scale, institutional liquidity, and category dominance.

As Vice President – Business (Revenue), you will be the Engine Architect for our core revenue streams. Your mandate is to bridge the gap between high-level strategic vision and relentless operational execution. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business, you will ensure that our revenue targets aren't just met, but are achieved through scalable, repeatable, and high-margin systems.

You will own the operational P&L, driving velocity across core trading products, institutional flows, and high-value segments. This role is for a leader who balances a "war-room" execution mindset with a deep understanding of financial ROI. You will lead a high-performing team of business managers and associates, ensuring that the roadmap designed at the leadership level is translated into flawless market performance.

What You'll Do:

• Revenue & Margin Ownership: Directly own the execution of Net Revenue targets and margin goals across core trading products for Futures and Options (F&O). You will be the DRI (Direct Responsible Individual) responsible for consistently delivering monthly and quarterly financial milestones.
• F&O Category Vision & Strategy: Define and drive the vision and long-term strategy for the Futures & Options (F&O) business category at CoinDCX. You will identify growth opportunities, shape the category roadmap, and ensure the business evolves in line with market dynamics and user demand.
• Tactical Budget & ROI Management: Manage the Operating Budget for the business unit with strong financial discipline. You will be accountable for capital allocation efficiency, ensuring that every growth initiative delivers clear and measurable ROI.
• Business Strategy & Execution: Partner closely with leadership to translate user needs and market opportunities into business requirements. You will own the last mile of execution, ensuring Product, Tech, Operations, and Marketing are fully aligned to deliver successful launches and drive measurable revenue outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams - including Product, Technology, Marketing, and Growth to ensure business priorities are executed with speed, clarity, and operational rigor.
• People Leadership & Org Building:  Scale and lead a high-performing team of Business Managers and Associates. Your mandate will be to build a strong ‘minus-one’ leadership layer, foster a culture of ownership and data-driven decision-making, and create a team that can operate with high autonomy and accountability.

• Build Systems, Not Just Initiatives: You prioritize building scalable revenue and retention engines rather than managing individual deals or one-off efforts.
• Are a Talent Multiplier: You have a track record of identifying high-potential talent and developing them into independent leaders.

You will work very closely with the Head(s) of Marketing, Growth, Product & Operations to achieve 10x scale.
