Responsibilities:
- Own the structured product line: Lead the planning, design, and innovation of the product roadmap, including Dual Investment, Discount Buy, and other yield-generating products
- Design product rules and yield structures in collaboration with Quant and Market Maker to drive competitive pricing, TVL, volume, and revenue
- Explore crypto × TradFi convergence opportunities including RWA, tokenized equities, and stablecoin yield products
- Analyze product data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and propose effective operational strategies
- Partner with Marketing, BD, Risk, and Legal to drive product adoption
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial products, with a strong preference for backgrounds in structured products, options trading, or wealth management; Web3/crypto experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of options fundamentals and crypto market dynamics, including common yield sources and arbitrage mechanics
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to completion
- Strong user insight and innovative thinking, capable of translating user needs into product features
- Fluent in Mandarin, with working-level English for effective cross-team and partner communication
