About the Role

This is not a typical Trade operations role.

• As a Trade Operations Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of trading, risk, compliance, and growth.
• Your work will directly impact platform integrity, trading experience, and trust at scale.
• You will help ensure seamless market operations while identifying, analyzing, and resolving trade-related issues in real time across exchanges.
• This role is critical to enabling a reliable, secure, and high-performance trading ecosystem for millions of users.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

• Relevant Experience - 2-4 years
• Experience in Fintech/Financial Broking Space is preferred.
• Trading experience is preferred.
• A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of trade analytics.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a bias towards action.
• Good communication skills.

What You’ll Do

• Monitoring real time exchange trades and active markets and developing a system to check the Advantageous and Disadvantageous trades.
• Understand and develop a framework for Trade Bust with third party exchanges and resolve Trade bust related issues.
• Realtime check of the account balances, trading activity and risk management for the accounts.
• Freeze and Unfreeze clients account (If required) as per the decided policy/agreement with clients.
• Block Trading activity of the clients if compliance/risk review of the clients unsatisfied.
• Keep a real time check on traded values, products, spreads, market depth on all the order books.
• Escalate and work with third party exchanges for Corporate actions compensations, inferior trade escalations.
• Manage funds across platforms to enable a great trading experience.
• Hands- on experience in trading.
• Optimize and analyze trade data to ensure smooth functioning of exchange.
• Work with vendors or staff teams to create dashboards based on your algorithms to flag and address trade related issues.
• Available to work cross shifts and across days as per shift timings. Should be available presently for weekend shifts as well.

• Trade monitoring systems consistently flag and resolve risks with minimal impact on users.
• Trade busts, escalations, and reconciliations are handled accurately and within defined SLAs.
• Market integrity, spreads, and liquidity remain stable across exchanges and products.
• Dashboards and analytics tools proactively identify anomalies and improve operational efficiency.
• Stakeholders trust your insights and rely on your judgment for trade-related decisions.
