As our Procurement Manager, your mission will be to build this function from the ground up for the FTMO-OANDA Group. You’ll be the bridge between our two organizations, using our combined scale to find smart cost savings (synergies) and keep our bottom line healthy. By creating a unified strategy, you’ll help us manage risks and make our vendor relationships smoother and more efficient than ever.
What will be your agenda?

Find the Synergies: Spot opportunities to consolidate vendors and contracts across FTMO and OANDA to get the best value—with a heavy focus on our IT landscape.

Lead Strategic Sourcing: Build the end-to-end procurement process, from the first market research and tendering to the final “handshake” with a new partner.

Unify Vendor Governance: Set up a central framework so all our vendors perform at their best and stay compliant, no matter which country they are in.

Master the Negotiations: Handle our most important global contracts, ensuring they are scalable and that the service levels (SLAs) are top-tier.

Align Stakeholders: Be the “go-to” person for FTMO leadership teams in Prague and our global OANDA offices, making sure their specific needs are met.

Lead the Team: Manage and mentor our remote Vendor Onboarding team, focusing on keeping our processes sharp and compliant with regulations.
What do we expect from you?

You have 8+ years in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, ideally within a global holding company.

You’ve managed vendors across the EU, US, and Asia and know how to navigate different legal and commercial rules.

If you’ve worked in Fintech or Financial Services (especially with trading platforms or data providers), you’ll have a head start.

Experience with vendor onboarding in regulated environments is a big plus.

You are professionally fluent in English.

You can balance the needs of different teams across the FTMO-OANDA Group without losing sight of the main goal.

You’re an expert at handling complex contracts and licensing.

You know how to build new processes even when the organization is evolving fast.

You love finding “hidden” savings by analyzing spend across various currencies and regions.
