Product Marketing Manager

The FTMO Marketing team is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our Product and Marketing departments. If you are a data-driven strategist who enjoys mapping the customer journey and owning the end-to-end marketing success of specific products, you will thrive here.

What can you expect?

• Partner with Product Managers to align product roadmaps with market needs and customer feedback.

• Own the Marketing Strategy for assigned products, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

• Optimize the Customer Journey, identifying friction points and implementing data-backed solutions to improve conversion and retention.

• Deep-dive into Data to monitor product performance, user behavior and the market landscape.

• Translate complex trading features into clear, value-based benefits that resonate with our global community.

What do we expect from you?

• Product Expertise: The ability to quickly grasp technical specifications and a commitment to becoming a subject matter expert on the product lines under your ownership.

• Unwavering Focus: You have a proven ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and maintain focus on long-term product goals amidst a dynamic environment.

• Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data; an analytical background is a plus.

• Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for the “why” and “how” of a product’s market presence.

• Communication Skills: Excellent command of Czech and English to collaborate across diverse internal teams.

• Interest in Trading: While previous experience in trading isn’t required, a genuine curiosity to learn the mechanics of the industry is essential.

• Customer-Centric Focus: The ability to view every feature through the lens of user value.
