We are looking for a motivated Project Manager, with a broad set of soft and hard skills, who desires to solve the greatest challenges and make a positive impact on the teams and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and support of technical or customer projects (Budget, Time, Resources, Risks, Tasks)
- Participate in the presales phase and conduct the process, supported by other team members
- Draft proposals for clients
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for projects
- Ensure technical excellence in terms of technical documentation and delivery
- Integration and set up of processes about compliance, Security, and Business continuity requirements
- Participate in the continuous Improvement of our delivery processes.
- Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
- Support business development with use-case analyses and workshops for potential clients
- Build key relationships with stakeholders and customers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the IT sector, including at least 4+ years as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Master's degree (Computer Science or similar) or equivalent experience
- Understanding of software development and architecture
- Previous experience working on Blockchain/DLT projects and the ability to drive pre-sales in this field
- Familiarity with AI concepts and trends, ideally applied in hands-on project management
- Knowledge of the financial sector (payments and capital markets)
- Business process modeling skills
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Coaching and mentoring ability
