Senior Product Operations, Trading (Growth)
Job Description
Responsibilities
-
User Acquisition & Lifecycle: Own the Futures FTD funnel end-to-end. Design and run lifecycle campaigns (Trade & Win, vouchers, pay tasks) that drive first-time deposits, retention, and active trader growth.
-
Growth Product Design: Own the design of growth instruments — position vouchers, trade-to-earn mechanics, onboarding tools. Write BRDs, define parameters (leverage, margin, expiry), coordinate with Product/Engineering to ship, and benchmark against competitors.
-
User Acquisition & Lifecycle: Own the Futures FTD funnel end-to-end. Design and run lifecycle campaigns (Trade & Win, vouchers, pay tasks) that drive first-time deposits, retention, and active trader growth.
-
Campaign Operations: Run a high-cadence campaign calendar (2+/month). A/B test mechanisms, track ROI, iterate on retention cohorts. Zero incidents through rigorous QA.
-
Product Marketing: Collaborate with CMKT to plan and execute go-to-market for new Futures features and asset classes — CRM, social, KOL, user education. Drive adoption from awareness to first trade.
-
Data & Reporting: Use funnel analytics and user segmentation to find growth levers. Set KPI targets from benchmarks, report weekly on FTD, WAU, retention, and CP contribution.
-
Cross-functional Coordination: Bridge Growth Ops, Product, Central Platform, Marketing, BD, and Regional teams. Unblock voucher infra, reward distribution, and tooling dependencies.
Requirements
-
Experience: 5+ years in product operations or growth marketing at a crypto exchange, fintech, or trading platform. Track record running campaigns that move user acquisition metrics. Derivatives experience (perps, options, structured products) strongly preferred.
-
Campaign Expertise: Designed and scaled high-frequency campaigns. Comfortable with A/B testing, multi-channel GTM (CRM, push, social, KOL), and campaign QA at pace.
-
Analytical: Can do cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and ROI calculations independently. Sets targets from data, not intuition.
-
Product Sense: Can write a BRD, define UX requirements, and work with engineers. Understands how tool design (voucher mechanics, reward logic) drives user behavior.
-
Execution: Outcome-oriented, high ownership. Manages 3+ cross-team workstreams simultaneously without dropping balls. Weekly delivery cadence is normal, not stressful.
