Job responsibilities
- 1. Product Full Lifecycle Operations
- Responsible for the overall operational planning and execution of wealth management products.
- Develop and execute online promotion strategies to continuously enhance product visibility, brand awareness, and market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, and other departments to drive product feature optimization and process improvements, perfecting the product feedback loop.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities. Combine insights from user needs to propose forward-looking product optimization and innovative operational initiatives.
- 2. User Growth and Retention
- Design multi-dimensional, segmented operational strategies based on user profiles and behavioral data. Establish mechanisms for user acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement tailored to users at different lifecycle stages.
- Build and optimize the user growth system, guiding new users to convert into high-net-worth and highly-engaged users.
- 3. Data-Driven Strategy and Iteration
- Dynamically iterate on marketing campaigns, user journey design, and product content strategies based on analytical results, enabling rapid testing and optimization.
- Optimize resource allocation and enhance the actual conversion efficiency and commercial value of operational activities through regular data reviews and evaluations.
Requirements
- 1.Wealth Management Product Operation Experience: Possess practical experience in operating financial products (e.g., lending, on-chain staking, options), with clear case studies demonstrating results in growth, user retention, etc.
- 2.Familiarity with On-Chain Ecosystem: Understand mainstream on-chain lending and staking protocols and their operational logic. Able to integrate on-chain strategies with platform product design and promotion.
- 3.Business Development Capability: Have experience independently leading or participating in business cooperation, cross-project resource integration, and external resource acquisition. Possess strong project management and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- 4.Data Analysis Skills: Proficient in using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and Python for user behavior analysis, campaign performance tracking, and strategy review.
- 5.Financial Academic Background: Hold a degree in finance, economics, mathematical statistics, or a related field. Understand the structure and logic of both traditional and crypto financial products.
