Key Responsibilities:

  • Smart Contract Development & Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on blockchain platforms such as Solana, Tron, TON, and Sui, ensuring contract security and high performance.
  • Smart Contract Optimization: Optimize existing smart contracts and conduct security reviews to improve execution efficiency and overall safety.
  • Smart Contract Integration: Develop interfaces and integrations with other systems to ensure smart contracts can be called and interacted with efficiently and accurately.
  • Security & Compliance: Research and resolve smart contract security issues, including but not limited to reentrancy attacks, vulnerabilities, and permission control, ensuring contract security and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineering teams to drive project delivery and continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Programming Languages: Proficient in one or more smart contract languages such as Solidity, Rust (Solana), FunC (TON), and Move (Sui), with a solid foundation in computer science.
  • Blockchain Development Experience: Hands-on experience with smart contract development on at least one blockchain (e.g., Solana, Tron, TON, or Sui), including deployment, invocation, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Development Frameworks: Knowledge of and ability to use blockchain development frameworks and tools such as Anchor, Foundry, Hardhat, etc., for smart contract development and testing.
  • Blockchain Fundamentals: Strong understanding of core concepts including transaction structures, account models, storage mechanisms, and consensus algorithms.
  • Smart Contract Security: Familiar with common smart contract security issues and experienced in auditing and optimization.
  • Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing smart contract performance and gas costs while maintaining security.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend, backend, and product teams to deliver projects successfully.
