Job Description: We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who’s active in the DeFi space and excited to ship DeFi products and campaigns with us. This role requires a strong understanding of DeFi and DEX mechanics, along with the ability to execute quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product messaging across PancakeSwap’s products (DEX, liquidity, etc)
Create and execute product marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, trading volumes, and product adoption.
Lead product and GTM launches: crafting product narratives, announcements, and campaign rollouts
Turn product features into clear and compelling messaging for all users
Track performance (like TVL, user retention, volume) and adjust campaigns based on data
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Development Managers, Data Analysts, and the broader Marketing team to deliver successful and aligned product launches.
Requirements:
2+ years experience in a product marketing role
2+ years working in crypto, DeFi, or Web3
Proven track record of launching products and product campaigns
Analytic mindset with experience using tools like Dune, Google Analytics
Strong written and spoken English
You know the DeFi culture, what the community likes, and what kind of content hits
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a results-oriented mindset
