About the role
We’re looking for a Website Owner to lead the strategy, content management, optimisation and execution of Gain’s global website. You will own the website as a core growth channel — responsible for its UX/UI, performance, CRO programs, analytics, content integrity, SEO/AEO, and ongoing optimisation. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging the latest AI technology and ensuring the site continuously evolves to reflect our positioning as the Private Markets Super App and drives measurable impact. You must be equally comfortable shaping strategy and executing, maintaining content in Framer.
What will you do?
Own the end-to-end website strategy aligned to brand positioning and demand generation objectives
Ensure the website conveys trust, credibility and premium positioning to a global audience
Drive continuous optimisation to improve engagement, demo conversion and measurable SQL impact
Lead UX/UI design across the site to improve clarity, navigation and conversion pathways
Build and optimise landing pages for campaigns, ABM, webinars and product launches
Improve form UX, CTA placement, content hierarchy and messaging clarity
Maintain exceptional attention to detail across layouts, typography, motion, responsiveness and accessibility
Build and manage all pages and CMS updates directly in Framer, ensuring clean structure and scalable components
Proactively maintain and update all website content
Collaborate with front-end engineer on advanced enhancements where required
Own GA4 reporting and interpretation of website performance
Usability testing through analysing user behaviour, traffic sources, regional trends and engagement metrics
Identify optimisation opportunities based on performance data
Deliver monthly performance reports with insights, recommended improvements, A/B testing plans and longer-term strategic initiatives
Ensure site architecture, content structure and metadata support discoverability
Partner with content and digital teams to implement SEO and AEO best practices
Identify organic growth opportunities through keyword and intent analysis
Who are you?
3-5 years of experience owning the website for a high-growth B2B SaaS, data, or fintech company
Deep hands-on expertise in Framer (essential), with experience managing scalable CMS environments
Strong competency and experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
Proven experience driving CRO strategy and implementation, with a strong test-and-learn mindset
Advanced understanding of GA4 and user behaviour analysis, including experience with heatmapping tools (e.g. Hotjar)
Strong UX/UI design capability, with exceptional attention to detail and a clear design sensibility
Data-first and commercially minded, with a clear understanding of web performance metrics
Ability to turn insights into shipped improvements quickly in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working autonomously with full ownership mindset and strong organisational skills
Solid understanding of technical SEO/AEO principles
Familiarity with ABM-led website personalisation (preferred)
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
