The Marketing Associate is the primary execution support for the RISE marketing team, specializing in the logistical delivery of events and brand campaigns. By coordinating on-the-ground operations and managing marketing data, this role ensures that our business narratives and service standards are consistently presented across all touchpoints.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for events and boothing, including venue arrangements, booth setup, and teardown.
- Organize the preparation and transport of all physical brand assets to ensure site-readiness for marketing deployments.
- Support on-site event operations by managing registration, attendee engagement, and vendor coordination.
- Consolidate post-event data, photos, and engagement metrics into structured reports for team evaluation.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral by drafting initial copy for case studies, decks, and social media captions.
- Monitor and update project statuses within HubSpot and HelpScout to ensure all marketing data is current and accessible.
- Facilitate internal communications by documenting meeting minutes and tracking progress on cross-functional task lists.
- Gather qualitative feedback from partners and successfully closed deals to support marketing intelligence efforts.
- Update digital and physical archives to ensure all brand assets and documentation remain current and accessible.
- Perform regular inventory checks on marketing materials to prevent shortages during active campaign rollouts.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience; entry-level growth mindset is essential.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or equivalent
- Practical experience in event coordination or on-the-ground execution (e.g., school organizations, internships, or volunteer projects).
- Strong written skills for drafting business content and the confidence to engage directly with partners and customers.
- Proficient in Google Workspace with a high aptitude for learning platforms like HubSpot, Notion, and HelpScout.
- Proven ability to speak confidently in public and engage diverse audiences
