About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Intern to join the CoinDCX Business Partner team. In this B2B2C role, you will act as a catalyst for our partner channel, driving the acquisition of Business Partners and helping them succeed in bringing new users to the crypto ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

1.Retention, Cross-Sell & Lifecycle (The Farmer)

  • Journey Mapping: Identify cross-sell opportunities within the Business Partner lifecycle. Plan and execute campaigns via Push, In-App, Email, WhatsApp, and Product Journeys to cross-sell high-revenue products.
  • Gamification: Drive gamified and incentive-based programs with a strong social element.

2. Analytics & Optimization (The Analyst)

  • Data Detective: Partner with the Analytics team to dig deep into campaign data. You won't just report numbers; you will provide actionable insights to identify new opportunities.
  • ROI Measurement: Supervise the monitoring of campaign success and maintain regular measurement of ROI.
  • Market Research: Utilize partner feedback, adoption data, and competitive analysis to identify new campaign enhancements and understand user segmentation/cohorts.

3. Lead Acquisition & Campaign Execution (The Hunter)

  • Run the Engine: Independently drive growth campaigns to acquire B2B leads (prospective Business Partners), specifically targeting the Equity and Finance industry.
  • Channel Management: Execute and optimize digital ads, email campaigns, and social media marketing campaigns (LinkedIn/Twitter) to generate high-quality leads.
  • GTM Support: Assist in leading Go-To-Market (GTM) plans for new products, working closely with internal stakeholders to iterate on launch strategies.

You’ll Excel in This Role If You

Core Requirements

  • Education: You must be either a graduate already or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance or Engineering.
  • Availability: You must be available full-time to work from the office in Bengaluru.
  • Commitment: Willingness to dedicate a minimum of 3 months. Tenure can be extended based on performance.

Technical & Professional Competency

  • Tool Proficiency: Practical expertise with tools is highly valued (e.g., MoEngage, CleverTap, Plotline, AppsFlyer or opensource / AI tools as well).
  • Problem Solving: Excellent creative thinking and analytical skills.
