About the Company

Gemini is a global crypto and Web3 platform founded by Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss in 2014, offering a wide range of simple, reliable, and secure crypto products and services to individuals and institutions in over 70 countries. Our mission is to unlock the next era of financial, creative, and personal freedom by providing trusted access to the decentralized future. We envision a world where crypto reshapes the global financial system, internet, and money to create greater choice, independence, and opportunity for all — bridging traditional finance with the emerging cryptoeconomy in a way that is more open, fair, and secure. As a publicly traded company, Gemini is poised to accelerate this vision with greater scale, reach, and impact.

The Department: Marketing

The Role: Associate, Growth Marketing

Gemini is looking for a high-agency growth marketer with real-world experience scaling digital products. You'll help manage growth across our suite of products - Credit Card, Predictions, Stocks, & more - running experiments, launching campaigns, and working cross-functionally across product, design, analytics, and card operations to move the metrics that matter. This role rewards people who ship fast, think in funnels, and let data make the decisions.

This role is required to be in person twice a week at our New York City, NY office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support go-to-market launches for new product launches & card-specific campaigns - coordinating creative, landing pages, and channel activation.
  • Lead channel experimentation efforts, including test design and execution, to improve conversion rates across card application and platform signup funnels.
  • Manage the compliance review process for new marketing materials — shepherding creative through legal, compliance, and partner approvals to ensure all assets meet regulatory requirements before launch.
  • Analyze campaign performance across marketing channels and identify opportunities to lower CAC and improve cardholder quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative strategies for card acquisition campaigns based on industry best practices and data-driven learnings.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting for marketing channels in collaboration with marketing analytics, including card-specific KPIs such as application volume, approval rates, activation rates, and spend per card.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in both crypto and consumer fintech to continuously refine card positioning and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within crypto, fintech, or consumer finance.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams including product, engineering, analytics, and external partners.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and a working understanding of how to test, measure, and scale them.
  • Comfortable navigating compliance and legal review processes for marketing materials in a regulated environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies across both crypto-native and mainstream consumer audiences.
